juvat: You;re not slow but likely not acquainted with British Sci-Fi.
Its dressed like the Doctor's Tardis from the show Doctor Who with a license plate having Tardis spelled backwards and a Dalek sticker as well.
Clearly the owner is a Doctor Who Fan. Hopefully form before it decided to put woke messaging before the storyline, as has been the case in the last couple seasons, rendering them well nigh unwatchable.
